Product Description :12000 -15000BPH ROTARY RINSER-FILLER-CAPPER (non-carbonated beverages) This equipment is designed specifically for the production of drinking water and non-carbonated beverages, such as fruit juice and coolers, packed in PET bottles. Rinsing, filling, and capping are integrated in one, fully automatic synchronized machine. This equipment is manufactured in an ISO9001 certified manufacturing facility to ensure the highest standards in the industry are met. Critical electronic components and PLC are made by Mitsubishi and Omron. Pneumatic controls are made by respected co***nies in Italy or Japan. All bottle contact parts are made of food grade stainless steel or food grade plastic. - All production information and automation controls are displayed digitally. Automatic control and manual toggle adjustments are made on a PLC controlled touch-screen panel. - The bottles are clamped at the neck and suspended for smooth operation even with light weight PET bottles
The machine includes 4 main parts:
1. Bottle washing/rinsing part: Rinsing bottles inside with sterilizing liquid, germless water and pure water;
2. Filling PartFully-automatic filling pure water into bottles, controlled by PLC
3. Capping PartFully-automatic covering and pressing caps on bottles
4. PLCWith international quality configuration; LG, Delta or Siemens PLC,
